They turn the software design that software developers and engineers have developed into instructions that a computer can follow. To write computer programs, computer programmers use a variety of computer languages like C, C++, Java, Python, etc. In order to help them in writing programs, computer programmers use computer-assisted software engineering (CASE) tools to automate the writing of some code and use code libraries, which are collections of independent lines of code, to simplify the writing.
