Healthcare sales: One of the most important sales markets where, food services are provided in hospitals, nursing homes etc. Food and drink sales of this market is projected to be $30 billion in 2012.

Lodging places: This market, which is closely connected to the hospitality industry, includes hotels, motels and other accommodation units. Food and drink sales of this market is projected to be $31.4 billion in 2012.

Military sales: Military clubs and other related groups are also a market of the restaurant industry where the food and drink sales is projected to be$2.5 billion in 2012.

Recreational sales: Recreational activities such as sports, movies etc always demand delicious food services. Here the food and drink sales is projected to be$29.1 billion in 2012

Transportation sales: Transportation sector holds a great role in the restaurant industry where they offer food and drinks to airline, road and railway passengers. This market is projected to make a sale of $4.5 billion in 2012.
