What Will 2013 Bring For Education?

As the time is passing, we all have witnessed many changes and many things have changed since past few decades. There has been a lot of change since the inception of internet and web. People’s way of living and doing things has changed. Life; in short has evolved in past few years. But what lies ahead? What is next? After so many things have changed, what else remains to be seen?

In this article we will see the impact of these changes on education, we will also discuss that whether the changes on education has been good or bad and further what impact can be seen on education in year 2013. The first thing we need to analyze is that what impact education had gone through. If we compare the era of our parents with that of ours, we can see that education has made progress in leaps and now the kind of education we are having is totally different and a lot has changed in these years.

In all these years we have seen that everything is now linked with internet, students get their assignments and custom coursework all on internet and college portal or slate. The way of doing and assigning things has changed, and those who cannot adapt to this change cannot survive. Now the expectations from the students have increased too. In recent years a lot of news has been in buzz about plagiarism and college drop outs. The issue of plagiarism has been in hype in recent times and many people believe that students are to be blamed for this act.

The impact on education has been that the importance of education has increased; many private schools and colleges are coming up and the competition to get in a good college in immense. Students try really hard to get in a good college, and once they get in they struggle hard to remain in college. Many students do part time job along with the studies and this is the reason that many students are not able to complete their college. Despite of the fact that they have financial burden on them, teachers are coming up with stricter guidelines and by giving them lengthy custom coursework, they make matters worse for them.

Aviation quality control - Aviation Programs,Aviation Schools,Online Degree,Online Jobs

On 12 August 1985, 520 passengers were killed when a Japan Air Lines Boeing 747 crashed near Mount Fuji after takeoff from Tokyo on a domestic flight. The rupture of an aft bulkhead, which had undergone faulty repairs following a mishap seven years earlier, caused the destruction of part of the airplane’s tail and rendered the jet uncontrollable.
Aviation quality control
A JAL maintenance supervisor later committed suicide, while the president of the airline resigned, accepting full responsibility for the crash - Main cause: Negligent maintenance. Scary, isn’t it. But today, of the thousands of flights that take off and land every day, the above listed incident doesn’t happen. Here begins the role of the good old aviation quality control engineers. They help in maintaining the quality control in the design, manufacture and maintenance of an aircraft and ensure that all the parts and each and every system of the aircraft are functioning properly. This not only ensures a safe flying machine in the sky but also ensures us that we are safe flying in an aircraft while the aviation quality control engineers are present. Each and every part which is fitted on an airplane goes through stringent quality control measures. Defects are not tolerated and only one hundred percent quality checked parts are fitted in the aircraft.

Similarly, in the day to day maintenance of the air plane, quality control is absolutely essential and ensures that each and every part of the aircraft is working properly before the air plane can fly again. Thus, systems like landing gears, hydraulics of an air plane, avionics and mechanical systems of the air craft are checked thoroughly before the air craft is allowed to take off. This ensures the safety of the crew as well as passengers and helps to avoid air disasters

The federal aviation authority has got many rules and regulations which are bound to be followed by all the airlines operating passenger and cargo aircraft and also military aircraft so that there is no problem mid air when the air craft is in operation and an air disaster does not occur due to the faulty maintenance of the air craft. Thus, the role of aviation quality control is very important in striving for safe sky and preventing tragic air crashes. For more information on aviation quality control, please visit

Reflexology - Art of Natural, Physical Fitness, Physical Therapy Programs, Online Courses

“Those who think they have not time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness,” a fact well expressed by the British statesman Edward Henry Stanley years ago holds great importance in our day-to-day life. As we all know prevention is better than cure, maintaining a healthy body and mind will be the best option to build immunity.
Reflexology

Physical fitness training programs have been a part of the modern life. What about physical therapy programs? Both the personal training and physical therapy programs focus on designing some training sessions to improve the health of their clients. The difference is that fitness trainers work with healthy people who want to control body weight or get a better shape. On the other hand, physical therapists have to guide the people who have dealt with some sort of illness or injury. Personal trainers and physical therapists work in two different ways with two different categories of people to attain same goal. ie, better fitness for their clients. If you are interested in a healthcare profession, then you can choose either the career of a personal trainer or of a physical therapist.

A career as fitness trainers demands certifications from different accredited certification organizations. Since there are different specialization options, requirements for certifications also vary. But initiating your career as a physical therapist requires long term education. According to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), ‘physical therapist is required to complete a graduate degree - either a masters or clinical doctorate - from an accredited education program. A growing majority of programs offer the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree’. Students can even specialize in some specific areas such as cardiovascular and pulmonary, clinical electrophysiology, geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, sports and Women's Health. Soon after the completion of program, graduates can appear for the licensure examination.

If physical therapy follows a holistic approach, then reflexology is an alternative medical practice. While physical therapy and personal training programs focus on health fitness, reflexology helps the clients to relieve from stress. This art of natural healing helps in regenerating the human body. Principles of massage therapy and zone theory are combined in this physical act. So individuals who want to be the part of healthcare sector and help others to live a health life can go for these career options. So start your search today and step into a rewarding career.

Wind turbine technology
We use electricity to power our cities and lives. This electricity mainly comes from the non renewable sources of energy such as fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are limited, their use creates problems such as global warming and climate change and also they cause various other environmental problems. In order to lessen the load on the mother earth and to save the planet from environmental degradation the use of such fossil fuels should be minimized at the least. One way of doing this is to encourage the use of renewable sources of energy such as solar energy and wind energy. Wind energy is clean and it is unlimited. It doesn’t create any burden on the environment and it is safe.

Wind turbines are used to produce wind energy. Wind creates pressure on the rotor blades of the wind turbine which in turn are connected to a generator which causes the blades to move. This generates electricity. Wind turbine technicians are required to service the machinery and the parts of the turbine so that they are always in top condition. Wind turbine technicians perform scheduled preventive maintenance on wind turbines adhering to various safety precautions. The maintenance tasks that wind turbine technicians are supposed to do are replacing oil filters and greasing bearings. They are also responsible for housekeeping at wind turbine facilities. Since they are working at considerable heights, wind turbine technicians have to take lots of safety precautions.

Wind turbine technicians are well paid. According to various industry sources, the annual income of a wind turbine technician was between $65,000 to $78,000. Announcers - Online Jobs, Electronic Media,Internet Radio, Online Programs

OVERVIEW : An announcer's assignment is mostly very exciting and challenging as the announcer through the particular medium reaches to millions of people. There are several celebrity announcers who have now become a household name so much is their popularity. Announcers can find their jobs with various radio stations, internet radio as well electronic media, mainly with various television channels including the television news channels. If one can excel in this profession, along with recognition it may fetch a hefty salary cheque home also.
Announcers
JOB DESCRIPTION : The announcers need to co-ordinate with various sections or departments in their place of work, be it a radio station, television channel or even an internet radio station. The key person for the announcers is the executive producer or the production head of that particular organisation who basically is responsible for conceptualising the shows which are to be anchored by the announcers. The announcers also can find job offers from various public organisations including railways and transport departments, exciting job opportunities for them also await with various event management companies which frequently require service of announcers to host shows on their behalf. Bottomline is that an announcer not only need to be very creative but also requires to read the mind and heart of the audience as it may vary from one assignment to the other and accordingly address the viewers or listeners or the both.
JOB OUTLOOK : Employment of radio and television announcers is projected to grow by seven percent during the ten years' period starting 2010, slower than the average for all occupations, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics. Employment of public address system and other announcers is projected to grow by five percent from 2010 to 2020, slower than the average for all occupations. "Improving technology and consolidation of radio and television stations will limit the growth in this field. Many stations are able to do more tasks with less staff. Technology continues to increase the productivity of radio and television announcers and reduce the time required to edit material or do other off-air technical and production work," said a recently published Bureau report.
The report also reasoned for the developments in this sector by adding that consolidation among broadcasting companies may also contribute to increasing use of syndicated programming and programs originating outside a station's viewing or listening area. But there is always silver lining amid the dark cloud in the sky as it is believed that despite these negatives, the increase of national news and satellite stations may increase the demand for more local radio and television stations. "In addition, Internet radio may positively influence occupation growth," added the Bureau report bringing in much relief among the aspirants.
                                 Master's in Mass Communication
SALARY : The median annual wage of radio and television announcers was $26,850 in May 2010, according to a survey conducted by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The survey also revealed that the lowest 10 percent earned less than $16,590 while the top 10 percent earned more than $72,500.

SOURCE
:
 U.S. BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS.

EXPECTED JOB GROWTH
:
It may not all rosy for the aspiring announcers as industry experts believe that fierce competition is expected for jobs as a radio or television announcer. According to a recent report published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, many of the openings in the field of announcers will be due to people leaving jobs and the requirements to replace workers who move out of smaller markets or out of the radio or television field entirely. "Consolidation of stations has decreased the jobs for radio and television announcers and pushed experienced announcers into medium and smaller market stations. Therefore, an entry-level announcer may be competing with an on-air announcer who already has years of experience," added the Bureau report talking about the future prospects of the aspiring announcers. Applicants need to be persistent and flexible because many entry-level positions will require moving to a smaller market city. "Small radio and television stations are more inclined to hire beginners, but the pay is low," a note of caution comes from the Bureau survey for the aspirants
